Our Priest
Fr. Curtis Berube was born and raised in the Edmonton area, on an acreage near Beaumont. In 2012, he began his seminary studies at St. Joseph Seminary in Edmonton. He was ordained as a Diocesan Priest for the Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton on June 29, 2020, and spent his first 5 years of priesthood serving in the parishes of St. Thomas More in Edmonton, Holy Family in St. Albert, and Our Lady of Peace in Innisfail.
Since July of 2025, Fr. Curtis has been assigned to serve as Pastor of St. Agnes Parish in Mayerthorpe, as well as St. Anthony’s Parish in Drayton Valley and St. Elizabeth’s Parish in Evansburg. He feels blessed to be a part of our community, and to have the opportunity to serve the people of our parish.
