HERE ARE FOUR WAYS TO GIVE:

1. For regular monthly donations, St. Agnes Parish would prefer if you use the: Pre-Authorized Giving Agreement Form. Please complete the form and drop off or mail to: St. Agnes Parish,
   Box 417; 4817 – 49 Avenue
   Mayerthorpe, AB T0E 1N0
   
2. We are accepting E-Transfers to: stagnes.mayerthorpe@caedm.ca via your personal financial website or phone app. Use the above email address for deposit.
   Please include in the message box:      
   1. Donation amount      
   2. Full Name      
   3. Mailing Address    – required for donation receipt   
   4. Any special instructions (eg. Parish General Fund, Memorial; Building Fund; Together We Serve)
      If your message box does not allow for all this information, please send the parish this information in a separate email.
      
3. Donation Envelopes can be dropped off, or mailed to the parish office at:

   Box 417; 4817 – 49 Avenue
   Mayerthorpe, AB T0E 1N0
   
4. Donations via credit card may be made by going to the Archdiocese of Edmonton website (caedm.ca) click on donation tab, and clicking on St. Agnes – Mayerthorpe as site.
